Donations made through the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences' support platform are used to support the university's research and development activities in accordance with its development plan. SA Teadlik Valik, founded by the university, aims to contribute to the growth and success of both the university and its students.
SA Teadlik Valik is listed as a tax-exempt organization, meaning donations are eligible for an income tax refund. The foundation submits donation information to the Tax and Customs Board, and it will automatically appear in the donor's pre-filled tax return.
For complaints regarding the donation platform, please send an email to toeta@eek.ee. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, individual donors have the option to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee, which is authorized to resolve disputes arising from the agreement between the donor and the donation platform free of charge. Donors may also contact the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
For organizational donors, disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in court in accordance with applicable laws.
