Can select development process in accordance with software project and is able to justify his/her decision
Can compose software development project plan and can monitor and document the course of software development process
Knows what software architecture is and what requirements the software should meet
Can read and document software requirements and software architecture
Is familiar with software quality requirements, basic methods for software testing and is able to apply them
