Architectures and protocols of computer networks. IP address classes and routing, CIDR notation of addresses. Configuration of local area networks, services in local area networks.

Knows components and topologies of computer networks
Understands workflows and principles of network protocol
Knows main network services offered in computer networks
Knows structure of TCP/IP framework model and all versions of physical layer of computer network

Knows how to use IP addresses in calculations and how to transform subnet mask from CIDR notation to decimal system and vice versa
