Lecturers
Mats Soomre, MSc
Mats is a Belbin Accredited Team Coach and the founder of Belbin Estonia. With over 27 years of hands-on experience, he works with real teams to develop leadership and collaboration. His approach combines the Belbin Team Roles model with modern coaching to build trust and behavioral awareness. Sessions are practical and intensive, focused on creating real change rather than theoretical insight. As a lecturer, he helps participants grow through clarity, honesty, and authentic teamwork.
Rode Luhaäär, MSc
Rode Luhaäär is an education expert and trainer with a Master’s degree in social sciences. She has extensive experience in adult education, organizational development, and learning design. Her main areas of focus include learning environments, training effectiveness, and innovative instructional methods. Rode has led various development projects and works actively as a trainer in both the public and private sectors. As a lecturer, she combines academic knowledge with practical experience to support learner growth and critical thinking.
Anu Olvik, MBA
Anu Olvik is the Head of the Financial Management Programme and a lecturer at the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences. She has worked at the Ministry of Finance in the Insurance Policy Department as a financial literacy expert. She holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tartu.
Janek Popell, MSc
Janek Popell has extensive international experience in supply chain management. He serves as the Module Leader for Entrepreneurship Studies at the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences. In addition, he teaches subjects related to supply chains and economics at various universities across Estonia. Janek considers lifelong learning and curiosity to be the driving forces behind personal and professional development.
Katre Purga, MSc
Katre Purga, MSc/MA is a Customer Success Manager and Business Developer at Proekspert AS developing custom-made software for devices, intelligent, remote-controlled IoT products, and digital services. Katre is also Lecturer of Product and Service Design at the TalTech and Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences. Industrial Engineering and Interaction Design have led her to develop IoT and digital services for the Telecom, Smart Logistics, and Manufacturing industries.
