Human-centric Leadership in the AI Era

Estonia’s Digital Leadership program (11 ECTS) immerses you in one of the world’s most digitally advanced societies. You’ll gain AI-driven leadership skills, work on industry-relevant projects, and access Estonia’s thriving startup ecosystem. Learn and apply AI and machine learning in a country known for its digital expertise and innovation. Agnieszka Wlaszczyk, PhD

As a key lecturer in the microdegree, Agnieszka brings her extensive experience in HR and leadership development, integrating her expertise in emotional intelligence and cultural transformation. With a strong background in sales and HR, and having served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Objectivity (part of Accenture), Agnieszka emphasizes the importance of human-centric leadership and personal growth. Her skills as a certified coach enrich the program's focus on inclusive leadership and well-being.
