We would like to announce that all students with Ukrainian citizenship who study in Estonian or English in the fall semester of 2023/2024 are exempted from the tuition fee and hostel accommodation fee.

Students with Ukrainian citizenship who have started studying in Estonian or English in the spring semester of the 2022/2023 academic year and in the fall semester of the 2023/2024 academic year are exempted from tuition fees and hostel accommodation fees in the upcoming fall semester. If the student has already paid for his/her studies or for his/her stay in the hostel, then the paid fee is considered as a prepayment for the following periods, except for the tuition fee (including ÕAT/SAT) paid when the student is de-matriculated, and the hostel accommodation fee paid when the student leaves the hostel.

Students with Ukrainian citizenship who have started studying in Russian-language majors in the spring semester of the 2022/2023 academic year and in the fall semester of the 2023/2024 academic year are exempt from hostel accommodation fees. If the student has already paid for the stay in the hostel, then the paid fee is considered an advance payment for the following periods, except for the hostel accommodation fee paid when the student leaves the hostel.
