A two-day webinar was held, in which participated EUAS and Waseda University students from Japan. Under the guidance of EUAS Professor Eneken Tito students discussed how to attract talent to Ülemiste City, what the talents' expectations for the work environment could be and how to create a smart urban community.

Despite the very different cultural backgrounds, the keywords spoken to students were the same: green environment, sustainable solutions and intergenerational cohesion.
