How to apply
Step-by-step guide to apply for ERASMUS+ STUDYING mobility:

STEP 1: Please read the information about Erasmus+ program on our website 

STEP 2: Select up to three preferred universities from our partner list 

Please become acquainted with the subjects taught at the selected foreign universities. Try to choose subjects compatible with your curriculum. 

STEP 3: Please send the following information to Erasmus+ coordinator by email erasmus@eek.ee:

  • First name:
  • Surname:
  • Date of Birth:
  • Email:
  • Phone number:
  • Field of study at EUAS:
  • Preferred universities (up to 3):
  • Motivation letter (up to 2000 characters) - why do you want to take part in the ERASMUS+ program and how it could change your life.
  • Have you participated in the ERASMUS+ program before (please specify if yes).

After receiving the above information, the Erasmus+ coordinator will contact you for further actions. Please be aware that the number of students participating in Erasmus+ exchange   program is limited in two ways:

  • by the number of places for EUAS students at each partner university per academic year;
  • by the number of Erasmus+ scholarship places available for a particular academic year.
Step-by-step guide to apply for ERASMUS+ TRAINEESHIP mobility:

STEP 1: Please read the information about Erasmus+ program on our website 

STEP 2: Select a place you would like to go for a traineeship (you can find more information how to find a place here). Contact a chosen place. After you are accepted you can follow the next steps.

STEP 3: Please fill the application form via ÕIS: Documents >> Application >> Document type “Application Erasmus+ (practice)”

After receiving the above information, the Erasmus+ coordinator will contact you for further actions. Please be aware that the number of students participating in Erasmus+ exchange   program is limited in two ways:

  • by the number of places for EUAS students at each partner university per academic year;
  • by the number of Erasmus+ scholarship places available for a particular academic year.
